• Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), using the handling services provided by the Finnish company, Luottokunta. We do not store your credit card details in our database.
  
  Please note, in the Luottokunta credit card payment site you must click 'Return to merchant' in order to finalize payment of your item.
  
  In order to purchase materials, you must first register. You can register by clicking the ‘Register’ link in the ‘Login’ box and following the instructions.
  
  If you wish to make payment by any means other than credit card, please send an email info@forum-legal.com to arrange such payment.

• After you have registered and are ready to purchase a product, click on ‘Add to shopping cart’ at the right of the product title. The product will then be transferred to your shopping cart (at the top right of the screen), and you may either complete the purchase or continue shopping.

• To finalise your purchase, click on ‘shopping cart’. You will then have the option either to update your purchase or to make an order. On making an order you will be asked to specify your preferred method of delivery, confirm your order, and input your credit card details. An order number will be sent to you by email on completion of the procedure.

• You can download the materials you have purchased under ‘My Store’ by clicking ‘Files’ and then saving the files you have purchased to your computer. It is important to save these files to your computer as soon as possible because they will only be available for 24 hours.

• You can print an invoice under ‘My Store’ by clicking ‘History of orders’ and then click the number of the invoice you wish to print. The invoice number is the same as the order number which was sent to you by email. Click the 'Printable invoice' link at the bottom of the page to get a detailed invoice suitable for printing. You must be logged into the site with your email address and password to use this feature.
